⚠️ Do not exceed maximum dose. Paracetamol overdose causes serious liver damage — keep all medicines out of children's reach. Do not give more than 4 doses in 24 hours. Do not use alongside other medicines containing paracetamol (e.g. combination cold syrups).

Paracetamol Dosing in India

The standard paracetamol dose is 15 mg per kg body weight per dose, given every 4–6 hours as needed. The maximum single dose is 1000 mg (1g) for adults and the maximum daily dose is 4000 mg (4g) for adults and 75 mg/kg/day for children.
